Tara has 20 years of international experience in the disability sector in the UK, Africa and Australia (including regional and remote Indigenous communities) in various roles including direct support, behaviour analysis, health promotion and leadership consultancy.
Tara is a passionate advocate for people with disabilities and complex needs and is dedicated to improving the systems that support them. With a special interest in matters of justice for people with cognitive impairments who are in contact with the criminal justice system, Tara is currently undertaking a Postgrad Diploma in Law to advance legal advocacy for vulnerable persons.

understanding the individuals they support.
Wenbo is a dedicated clinician with a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) and four years of experience in the disability sector. Wenbo specialises in complex support environments, working with participants who have a wide range of support needs, including those with developmental and psychosocial disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
